Club One magazine gets results
Tallink Silja improves its operating result with the help of its customer magazine.
The quarterly magazine, Club One, is Tallink Silja’s loyal customer magazine, which is published in Finnish and Swedish for the Finnish market, and in Swedish for the Swedish market. Our challenge was to develop the magazine into a strong sales tool, which would get customers travelling and buying.
We built a solid concept that could control the shuttling between travel destinations, target groups and language versions. A magazine was created that really inspires people to book a trip: distribution of the magazine has to be done in steps, so that telephone sales would not get jammed with bookings.
